Description

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s product suite.
  • Re-engage existing customers, especially low-engagement accounts, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans with regular outreach, check-ins, and business reviews.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, address engagement gaps, and improve long-term retention and value realization.
  • Own and consistently exceed revenue targets through expansion within the assigned account base.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an account management or relationship-focused sales role.
  • Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or mid-market clients, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on account growth and expansion.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
