Description

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across Kaseya’s suite of solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Engage executive-level decision makers such as CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs.
  • Overcome objections and secure next steps to advance deals.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product specialists to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunity tracking, hygiene, and forecasting.
  • Participate in account reviews with management and internal teams.
  • Deliver a professional customer experience from initial meetings through post-sale follow-up.
  • Participate in ad hoc sales campaigns to generate new prospects and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a hunter role.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call leads, and close deals.
  • Strong desire to earn sales commissions.
  • Consistently exceeded sales goals with a strong focus on metrics and KPIs.
  • Motivated, competitive, resilient, and self-driven.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
