Description

  • Achieve assigned regional revenue goals through sustained growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Build and execute regional territory and account development plans, ensuring consistent use of the sales cycle, KPIs, and CRM processes.
  • Develop and manage regional business plans, budgets, timelines, and performance milestones.
  • Use sales reports and commercial analytics to set regional priorities and guide decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver Regional Quarterly Business Reviews with strategy, performance analysis, action plans, and resource needs.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Sales Managers.
  • Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews to improve accountability and team performance.
  • Partner with the Medical Science Liaison Director to align territory strategies and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, clinical champions, and thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Implementation on business initiatives, product adoption, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostics, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • 5+ years of successful people management experience.
  • Proven success selling to multiple stakeholders within the hospital ecosystem, including laboratory leaders and physicians.
  • Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling transformational or novel technologies.
  • Strong experience hiring, coaching, and managing direct reports.
  • Ability to set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent business acumen with strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders from C-suite executives to clinical and laboratory leaders.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Preferred base location in Atlanta, Orlando, New York, or Philadelphia near a major airport hub.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $148,000 - $222,000 per year.
  • Remote work with field-based responsibilities.
  • East Region territory coverage from New York to Florida.
