Description

  • Build a predictable growth engine that exceeds quarterly and annual new business targets.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to expand Twilio’s footprint across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Tailor go-to-market approaches for SEA, RoA, India, Greater China, and North Asia based on market maturity.
  • Drive conversations and engagements centered on AI-driven customer engagement and the full Twilio platform.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Growth Account Executives and Managers.
  • Provide tactical deal guidance, strategic coaching, and career development through regular 1:1 mentorship.
  • Operationalize partner motions and build repeatable outbound programs to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with software engineering leaders, product managers, and C-suite executives to support customer innovation.
  • Manage a $100M+ portfolio and drive aggressive new business acquisition across complex regional markets.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of solutions selling experience at a software company.
  • 3-5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in messaging, voice, and email.
  • Clear vision for how AI can disrupt the SEA and ROA market.
  • Proven ability to define goals and processes that drive net-new business in the APJ market.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external partners and cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree and significant relevant work experience.
  • Remote-based in Singapore.
  • Approximately 30% travel is required.
