Description

  • Create and grow revenue within a specified region or account list.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process for renewal business, including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns.
  • Collect customer feedback and qualify leads and sales opportunities.
  • Handle inbound customer communication and route billing, legal, security, and technical issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, leadership, and other teams to build strategic financial plans for customers.
  • Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance solutions.
  • Develop trusted internal and customer relationships that support long-term sales growth.
  • Manage a sales pipeline within a defined sales process.
  • Communicate deal status, timelines, and obstacles to internal management and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and job experience is preferred.
  • 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience is required, ideally in financial services or consultative sales.
  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams is preferred.
  • Experience selling across multiple products and industries is preferred.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders during the sales cycle, including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance.
  • Experience engaging customers and building presence using communication tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of CRM programs; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of accountability are required.
  • Ability to compute basic business math is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects are preferred.
