Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing deals, with a focus on outbound calls and relationship building.
  • Identify and engage prospective vendors to build a strong pipeline using search engines and online advertising technologies.
  • Conduct daily outbound calling and heavy prospecting to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed minimum volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days through outreach and networking.
  • Work closely with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams to support smooth transactions and client onboarding.
  • Onboard new vendors and help ensure they are comfortable with Kapitus systems and services.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of vendor relationships and accounts.
  • Contribute to the company’s mission of delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in equipment financing, or at least 5 years of proven sales experience in another industry.
  • Preferred experience in a sales role with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong ability to read personalities and engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate in a personable way.
  • Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Background in financial services is a plus.
  • Qualified remote candidates must reside in states where Kapitus or one of its subsidiaries has an established physical presence.
