Description

  • Own and deliver against a partner-sourced revenue target through co-sell strategy, joint business planning, and alliance expansion.
  • Define the technical and operational requirements for external partners and build the connective tissue between partners and internal delivery teams.
  • Develop relationships across the insurance ecosystem, including data partners, strategy firms, policy administration systems, pricing solutions, and integration partners.
  • Build and manage the global standard for external implementations and ensure partners are enabled on the platform’s most advanced features.
  • Own partner scorecards and monitor implementation quality, stabilization speed, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary operational lead for Tier-1 global partnerships and move alliances into active co-delivery motions.
  • Act as the technical voice of the ecosystem by feeding partner insights back to R&D and working with Sales on enterprise pursuits.
  • Represent the company at industry events and lead face-to-face partner summits.
  • Support partner adoption and execution so partners can implement Kalepa independently and successfully.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management within Insurtech or the insurance ecosystem.
  • Background managing technical delivery partners for a high-growth platform.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Track record of building a partnership program into a predictable revenue engine.
  • Strong understanding of carriers, brokers, MGAs, and the broader insurance ecosystem.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for explaining complex technical products.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% for industry events and partner summits.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
