Description

  • Own a portfolio of named tier 1 enterprise accounts, with a primary focus on new prospects and cross-sell opportunities at existing accounts.
  • Identify key influencers and stakeholders within target accounts and develop new relationships that turn into sales opportunities.
  • Nurture existing relationships and advance opportunities through the enterprise sales cycle to close large commercial agreements.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with company leadership as a trusted thought partner on account strategy and commercial growth.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure customer engagements drive measurable commercial impact and ROI.
  • Evangelize Kalepa within client organizations to expand adoption and revenue.
  • Prospect and engage senior executives at enterprise organizations, including publicly traded companies.
  • Spend several days per week meeting clients and prospects in person within the assigned geography.
  • Represent the company in high-value customer and prospect interactions, including ongoing relationship development and executive-level communication.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success closing and growing large enterprise SaaS contracts.
  • Experience driving new logo sales with top-tier enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute sales plans to exceed targets.
  • Experience prospecting at the senior executive level in enterprise organizations, including publicly traded companies.
  • Ability to quickly develop deep industry knowledge and serve as a thought partner to clients and leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives effectively.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup during hypergrowth.
  • Willingness to spend several days per week meeting clients and prospects in person.
  • Preference for candidates based in the Tri-state area or Chicago, or other geographies in CST or EST with access to a major airport.

  • Base salary of $170K-$190K.
  • Year 1 OTE of $340K-$380K with uncapped commission upside.
