Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties while following company documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization and timely updates.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks by understanding project scope and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating work appropriately and maintaining productivity.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Configure, test, and commission systems and devices to ensure reliable operation.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) on products before installation.
  • Work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems on diverse projects.
  • Provide basic customer training on system operations and support additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Previous experience completing projects within scope.
  • Previous experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, and/or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
