Description

  • Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to customer requests.
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues.
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate, complete information with empathy and professionalism.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on customer support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and ensure problems are documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks requested by the client.
  • Proactively monitor client dashboards and platforms to identify customers who need additional troubleshooting support.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify and recommend continuous process improvements.
  • Work with external teams to stay current on product and service knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Technical Support.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn about networks and IT technology.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.
  • Amenable to work on rotating shifts.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different types of customers.

Benefits

  • Salary range of CAD 3,200.00 to CAD 4,000.00 per month.
