Description

  • Customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business processes into system customizations.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop fast formulas and reports to meet client requirements.
  • Plan and execute migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues found during testing.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users.
  • Provide training sessions and ongoing support for HR personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement patches, and maintain the HCM system post-implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM/Payroll systems or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Programming experience to develop and maintain fast formulas, reports, integrations, or conversions.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new tools within the organization.
  • Knowledge of data migration, validation, and testing processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to participate in training and certifications to stay current with Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud developments.
