Description

  • Execute Level 1 installer responsibilities to maintain high standards of installation and service.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization and timely updates.
  • Own assigned tasks by understanding project scope and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and support their development through feedback and coaching.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support project execution.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems, including nurse call, card access, and video surveillance products.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Deliver basic customer training on system operations.
  • Accept additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high- and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
