Description

  • Apply technical and industry expertise to design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions within existing Addepar environments.
  • Deliver outcomes aligned with client goals and ensure measurable value and satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across internal and external teams.
  • Drive client retention by building strong relationships and ensuring referenceability.
  • Lead projects from kickoff through completion with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Communicate project health, risks, and milestones to internal and client-side senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Support Leads to build sustainable BAU service models.
  • Partner with Product and R&D teams to inform scalable tooling and reduce client dependence on premium services.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal processes, tools, and engagement models as the client base grows.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, templates, and process improvements to reduce complexity and accelerate timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred.
  • Prior client-facing experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively via email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Independent and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and finance.
  • Occasional travel to visit clients may be necessary.
  • Previous experience in investment management software implementations is a bonus.
  • Capability to program or script, specifically in Python, is a bonus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to begin work on the first day of employment.

Benefits

  • Starting base salary range of $90,000 - $112,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Market-based pay determined by role, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
  • Opportunity to receive bonus and equity in addition to base salary.
