Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 45 creators requiring deeper technical partnership, primarily in US time zones.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform configurations, integrations, and automation logic.
  • Advise creators on backend setup and technical implementation decisions to support scale.
  • Diagnose root causes behind feature friction, platform issues, and recurring technical problems.
  • Guide creators through build readiness, QA, app store submission, and optimization workflows.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on advanced use cases, releases, and platform reliability improvements.
  • Escalate technical blockers with clear, structured documentation and context.
  • Review crash logs, performance signals, and compliance updates from Apple and Google.
  • Support adoption of SDK updates, feature releases, and platform changes.
  • Improve onboarding playbooks, implementation documentation, and technical best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Technical CSM, Solutions, or SaaS implementation roles.
  • Experience supporting customers on SaaS or app-based platforms.
  • Confidence discussing APIs, integrations, automation logic, and backend concepts.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent launches or complex customer implementations.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear guidance for customers.
  • Strong written documentation skills.
  • Structured, analytical, and calm approach under ambiguity.
  • Experience with no-code or low-code ecosystems, preferred.
  • Comfort with provisioning profiles, certificates, metadata, Apple App Store, and Google Play submissions, preferred.
  • Ability to review logs or crash reports and think in workflows, not just conversations.
