Description

  • Manage sales and distribution within an assigned geographic territory, including merchandising.
  • Sell and execute company initiatives to retail partners, including promotions, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive the 4Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, and product with customers and adult nicotine consumers.
  • Develop a local strategy and business plan to meet territory objectives and target retail opportunities.
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, and pursue existing and potential retail outlets within the territory.
  • Advise retail partners on category management and business analytics to improve business performance.
  • Use data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning to improve results.
  • Develop and use systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key initiatives and business metrics.
  • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate market opportunities and business performance.
  • Execute account management responsibilities across assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts.

Requirements

  • Must live in Houston.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in a marketing-focused role, preferably in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business.
  • Proficiency with sales technologies and software such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and develop account relationships cross-functionally.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the last 3 years.
  • Reliable vehicle, or willingness to obtain one, for daily work travel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of meaningful field sales experience preferred.
  • Mobility and willingness to advance in your career are a plus.
