Description

  • Manage an end-to-end upsell pipeline and supporting activities while meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Focus on upselling Justworks’ smaller customers from Basic to Plus and additional products as the catalog expands.
  • Identify friction points in the upsell process and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Look for efficiencies and creative ways to scale the upsell process.
  • Run pilots and tests across different product lines to improve upsell performance.
  • Partner with product teams to reduce friction in the upsell process.
  • Provide expert-level support to customers on Justworks’ products and services.
  • Explain complex topics such as health insurance, compliance, and taxes in simple, user-friendly terms.
  • Reduce customer questions by proposing and implementing new materials and processes.
  • Perform other duties as needed based on department or organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Experience selling to small businesses is ideal.
  • B2B software/SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, be resourceful, and adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen carefully and gather important information.
  • Ability to simplify complicated topics and explain them clearly.
  • Self-starter who is driven, proactive, and comfortable in entrepreneurial environments.
