Description

  • Lead the recruitment unit and provide coaching and mentorship to support high-quality hires and team growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on pipeline health and recruitment flow effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure activities and deliverables align with KPIs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in the fintech industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in end-to-end recruitment.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to source and hire quality candidates across various levels.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in ambiguous and changing business environments.
  • Critical thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and high responsiveness.
  • Hands-on, goal-oriented approach with the ability to balance detail work and high-level strategy.
