Description

  • Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategic initiatives by defining problem statements, designing solutions, and driving implementation across the TA lifecycle.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of TA data, including pipeline efficiency, source effectiveness, recruiter performance, hiring capacity, and market intelligence.
  • Translate complex data findings into narratives, recommendations, and executive-level presentations that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to advance TA analytical maturity, including data governance, predictive modeling, analytics frameworks, and self-service reporting.
  • Partner with TA leadership on technology and process optimization to improve efficiency, data quality, and candidate and recruiter experience.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements and integrations across ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, TA leadership, HR Business Partners, People Analytics, and Finance to align TA initiatives with business objectives.
  • Influence decision-making by building strong business cases and driving consensus across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • MBA required.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a highly analytical role within Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • Experience driving significant operational and analytical improvements.
  • Deep proficiency in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop complex data models and derive actionable, predictive insights.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent acquisition initiatives to broader business objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority, influence senior stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to work hands-on across detail and strategy.
  • Highly structured problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and autonomously deliver data-backed solutions.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Talent acquisition domain knowledge, including recruiting metrics and lifecycle, is preferred.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing data warehouses or business intelligence platforms for TA/HR data is preferred.
  • Experience with workforce planning or talent forecasting methodologies is preferred.
