Description

  • Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions.
  • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions, including pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.
  • Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals.
  • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition.
  • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles such as Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, and Analytics.
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives targeting marketing professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Marketing and Fintech industries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists across areas such as Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Content.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
