Description

  • Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners.
  • Build and expand relationships with existing partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners and resolve their issues promptly.
  • Support partners in achieving their business objectives.
  • Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and events on market development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Work with partners to retain business and strengthen long-term engagement.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and business growth targets.
  • Provide strategic insights and support to help partners succeed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment.
  • Experience working across multiple languages and diverse cultural contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
