Description

  • Advance and evolve Zeta’s Activation Partnership Enablement strategy with a balance of innovation and operational discipline.
  • Serve as a senior thought partner to leadership on priority partnerships, go-to-market evolution, and market-shaping opportunities.
  • Develop bold, insight-led activation ideas that integrate audience, creative, and media strategy.
  • Translate data and intelligence into strategic narratives for agencies and brands.
  • Partner with creative, media, activation, and cross-functional teams to make ideas executable, scalable, and measurable.
  • Support Sales on qualified high-value opportunities, including priority partnerships, cross-sells, and strategic requests.
  • Lead or co-lead strategic frameworks for key RFPs, owning the methodology, approach, and strategic throughline.
  • Identify where strategy engagement will drive the greatest impact across business units and client opportunities.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Activation Strategy and Data Cloud to integrate intelligence into go-to-market activation.
  • Define repeatable measurement frameworks and set expectations around success, performance, and accountability.
  • Uphold and refine pre-sales workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and output quality.
  • Represent the Activation Partnership Enablement team in senior internal forums and client engagements.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on data-driven activation and media innovation.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Product Marketing to inform roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Senior-level strategic leadership experience in marketing, activation, media, partnerships, or related client-facing strategy work.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Data Cloud, Analytics, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop both bespoke 1:1 strategies and scalable frameworks.
  • Experience leading strategic work for senior client and agency conversations in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven activation, media strategy, creative strategy, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales motions and RFP development (preferred).
  • Experience translating complex data and signals into clear strategic narratives.
  • Ability to work hybrid from Los Angeles or San Francisco, or fully remote; ideally located on the West Coast.
  • Experience informing product or roadmap discussions through structured feedback (preferred).
  • Background in building repeatable processes and operational workflows (preferred).
