Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead HR Operations, HR Administration, and Office Administration functions.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, team scaling, and talent management.
  • Advise managers and employees on people matters, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement, company culture, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and process optimization to support business decisions.
  • Oversee HR systems, employee data management, and process automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including HR Operations.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience managing HR budgets.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
  • Experience with HR policies, processes, KPIs, OKRs, and HR analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HRM, ATS, CRM, and other HR systems.
  • Knowledge of relocation, work permits, and immigration processes.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting international teams and multi-country HR operations (plus).
