Description

  • Sell the full JuneShine Brands product portfolio across the assigned Kansas territory.
  • Own and grow territory performance, including distribution and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage weekly visits, follow-ups, and account prioritization across the territory.
  • Track, report, and communicate sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to support sell-through.
  • Support ABP execution and national account strategies.
  • Represent the brands in accounts of all sizes and ensure visibility across tap handles, shelves, and displays.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • State-specific alcohol certification required by the start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in Kansas (Overland Park, Topeka, or Kansas City, KS).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience is preferred.
  • Established distributor relationships in the Charleston market are preferred.
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories is preferred.
  • Experience supporting national account execution is preferred.

  • Base compensation of $60,000–$70,000 per year.
