Description

  • Actively develop new business in the assigned region as a hunter-focused sales representative.
  • Prospect and approach new clients through cold calling, in-person visits, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sell telematics hardware devices including GPS trackers, vehicle tracking equipment, and IoT devices.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline to expand local market presence.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Represent Teltonika in customer meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with technical teams when support is needed.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth in fleet management and related industries.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Minas Gerais or the Northeast region, preferably Recife.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales of hardware products such as telematics, telecom, tracking devices, electronics, or similar.
  • Proven hunter profile with experience in new client acquisition and market development.
  • Knowledge of industries such as fleet management, logistics, transportation, or agriculture.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills.
  • Intermediate English level (B1+) for product documentation, technical materials, and internal communication.
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience in telematics, GPS tracking, or IoT sales is highly relevant.
