Description

  • Own the AI stack roadmap from opportunity sizing and prototyping through evaluation, deployment, and impact measurement.
  • Design and execute machine learning solutions, LLM applications, and AI agents for automated data analytics workflows.
  • Build and validate real-time anomaly detection models and large-scale data processing systems.
  • Establish standards for model development, LLM evaluation, observability, security, and cost management.
  • Develop robust pipelines for real-time and asynchronous predictions, including deployment, inference, and monitoring.
  • Translate technical analyses into clear recommendations and trade-offs for senior stakeholders.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes in ambiguous, competing-priority environments.
  • Mentor analysts and create reusable tools to improve predictive problem-solving quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across analytics, LLMs, data science, and applied machine learning, with ownership of business-facing solutions.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and common machine learning frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of MLOps, including feature engineering, deployment, inference, and monitoring.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, semantic layers, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience building real-time anomaly detection models and large-scale data processing systems.
  • Experience applying predictive and prescriptive modeling to pricing, churn, revenue forecasting, and marketing optimization.
  • Knowledge of identity threat signals and deviations from historical user behavior.
  • Strong experience in segmentation, root cause analysis, funnel optimization, and acquisition quality scoring.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Preferred: recurring-revenue B2B SaaS knowledge and modern data engineering, governance, transformation, and orchestration experience.
