Description

  • Design and deploy AI workflows for account sourcing, contact acquisition, research, prioritization, personalization, sequencing, and engagement.
  • Build production-ready workflows integrating Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, sequencing platforms, enrichment providers, and engagement tools.
  • Automate manual BDR activities while improving targeting precision, personalization, quality, and scalability.
  • Support outbound programs through AI targeting, signal-based prioritization, automated enrichment, and workflow orchestration.
  • Rapidly prototype, deploy, measure, troubleshoot, and iterate on GTM workflows.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and improve workflow reliability at scale.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, enrichment providers, and outbound engagement platforms.
  • Experience building workflows with Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar orchestration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound operations, lead and account flows, enrichment, segmentation, and GTM data management.
  • In-depth understanding and practical application of MCPs.
  • Experience applying AI and automation to operational GTM workflows beyond experimentation.
  • Experience with LLMs, preferably Claude Cowork and Claude Code, prompt workflows, structured outputs, and AI-assisted personalization.
  • Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, webhooks, and lightweight scripting.
  • Understanding of agentic workflows, signal-based automation, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks preferred.
  • Ability to independently build, deploy, and iterate workflows using no-code, low-code, or lightweight coding approaches.
  • Strong communication skills, self-direction, troubleshooting ability, and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
