Description

  • Design, build, and iterate on AI-powered systems and product features.
  • Develop prototypes and transition successful experiments into production-ready solutions.
  • Design and maintain scalable data and model-inference pipelines.
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency, resolving processing and execution bottlenecks.
  • Integrate AI models with existing product infrastructure, APIs, and software systems.
  • Manage the lifecycle from experimentation and testing through deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Evaluate models against benchmarks and quality criteria, diagnose issues, and improve deployed performance.
  • Assess emerging AI, machine learning, NLP, and LLM technologies for practical application.
  • Collaborate on technical architecture, roadmaps, and product priorities, communicating progress and blockers.
  • Document technical approaches, findings, and implementation decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience building and deploying AI or machine learning systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent machine learning frameworks.
  • Practical experience implementing NLP, large language model (LLM), or conversational AI products.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with model hosting, deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integrating AI components into broader software systems.
  • Ability to evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make technical decisions amid ambiguity, and communicate proactively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
