Description

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, with primary responsibility for renewals and expansion revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and Security leaders across French-speaking markets.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for new JumpCloud features that address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate territory forecasts and manage pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the French market and help align resources to support regional growth.
  • Act as the commercial guardian for accounts, bridging global technical capabilities with local customer needs.
  • Present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in both French and English.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle renewal discussions with customers.
  • Support revenue growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a sales or account management role conducting business in French is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of selling into French-speaking markets; speaking French alone is not sufficient.
  • Strong experience negotiating contracts, managing renewals, and exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS or tech sector.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in England.
  • Fluency in English for interviews and internal communication is required.
