Description

  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory growth strategy for the assigned region.
  • Develop, implement, and track partner development plans.
  • Build direct relationships with partner business and executive leadership to align goals.
  • Drive revenue through structured go-to-market motions, performance reviews, and business planning.
  • Manage co-selling activities, deal registration, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Work with sales management to align channel activities with broader company objectives.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key channel partners and act as an escalation point.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver partner enablement programs and sales tools.
  • Support partners in developing sales strategies and marketing plans to increase product adoption and revenue.
  • Monitor partner performance, synthesize insights, and report progress, challenges, and opportunities to management.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
  • At least 1 year of experience developing territory plans and building new relationships.
  • Proven experience managing partner sales and alliances in a cyber security IAM environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and hitting a territory quota.
  • Strong ability to influence external executive and business leadership teams.
  • Experience driving sales growth through channel partners.
  • Experience managing and motivating sales teams, external partners, and resellers.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems in the India market.
  • Advanced operational knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Impartner.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (GWS), Gemini, and Gong.
  • Preferred: experience in the India market channel sales sector.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Active Directory or other JumpCloud products and market position.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
