Description

  • Consult prospective clients to understand their use cases and recommend the best way to implement Jumio’s solutions.
  • Create and lead customer-facing technical presentations and custom demos across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Support solution presentations, RFPs, and RFIs during the sales cycle.
  • Lead proof-of-concept work during pre-sales and cross-selling activities.
  • Manage customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live in coordination with business and project teams.
  • Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to external customers and internal account teams.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and engineering to maintain and improve product knowledge and feature understanding.
  • Advise on how Jumio solutions integrate into customer journeys through web and API channels.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in a SaaS enterprise technical pre-sales, technical implementation management, or technical consulting role.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong customer-facing experience across multiple levels and departments within enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of web and mobile programming or scripting languages, including JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Swift.
  • Familiarity with operating systems including Unix, Linux, Windows, and Mac.
  • Experience with mobile operating systems and frameworks including iOS, Android, React Native, and Cordova.
  • Comfort working in a rapid-growth environment with high autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up business environment is preferred.
