Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for external TPA clients during new group implementations.
  • Gather and document implementation requirements, including contacts, deadlines, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, and eligibility files.
  • Maintain project plans, open-item logs, templates, and implementation records.
  • Coordinate daily tasks for Implementation Managers and Specialists across multiple projects.
  • Enter new group implementation data into applicable systems and build client profiles in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate between contracting, invoicing, and implementation teams.
  • Provide go-live support to implementation teams and TPA clients.
  • Participate in implementation lifecycle meetings, client meetings, and post-go-live improvement discussions.
  • Organize high-volume tasks, manage competing deadlines, and ensure project requirements are completed accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients.
  • Customer service and corporate experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team orientation, adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
