Description

  • Partner with sales teams on strategic enterprise opportunities across Eastern Europe and DACH.
  • Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Design solutions that address customer needs and communicate NiCE Cognigy’s value.
  • Run and support proofs of concept and proofs of value in enterprise environments.
  • Represent NiCE Cognigy through events, webinars, trade shows, and thought leadership activities.
  • Track competitors and provide technical comparisons with AI Agent and agentic AI platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and internal teams on customer feedback and enablement.

Requirements

  • Tenured experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally owning complex enterprise deals end to end.
  • Deep enterprise software experience, preferably in contact center or automation technologies.
  • Hands-on experience presenting AI Agents for voice and chat, agentic AI, conversational AI, and generative AI.
  • Daily proficiency with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, Lovable, Replit Agent, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies including SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, and TTS, plus conversation, IVR, or chatbot design.
  • Strong understanding of NLU/NLP, conversational AI, speech technologies, and LLMs.
  • Confident presentation and thought-leadership skills at customer and industry events.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into business value and engage senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Based in Germany and willing to travel across Eastern Europe.
  • Fluent in English and Polish; German or additional CEE languages preferred.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
