Description

  • Drive registration-to-purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation across the first 7 days of the customer journey.
  • Develop differentiated renewal and pre-cancel intervention flows by plan tier using captured cancel reasons.
  • Build and manage the reactivation engine for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or Customer.io.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a compliant first-class channel, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle flows such as email-to-SMS-to-push cascades.
  • Implement holdout-based measurement to report incremental, attributable revenue for each flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle program experience in the US market specifically, with US B2C subscription experience.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, including at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS marketing in the US with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to build segments and validate data independently.
  • A subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • A track record of driving measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated with holdout testing.
  • Bias toward action and the ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain is preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals is preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience is preferred.
  • English and Russian communication skills are preferred.
