Description

  • Build and execute field marketing plans aligned with revenue, capacity, and seasonality across digital and traditional channels.
  • Own the field marketing budget and allocate spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and the marketing specialist team while maintaining clear goals, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, direct mail, print, OOH, TV, radio, CTV, and compliant ringless voicemail.
  • Manage seasonal offers and the content calendar across local brands.
  • Oversee lifecycle and CRM journeys and automations that convert leads into booked jobs and repeat business.
  • Own weekly executive reporting and analyze performance metrics, data hygiene, attribution, and KPI trends to drive action.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and compliant messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Digital, Operations, Call Center, Sales, and other departments to support business objectives and improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate creative, print, web, lifecycle vendors, and agencies while managing SLAs and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations, with multi-location or home services experience preferred.
  • Experience in a leadership or senior marketing role with proven success leading campaigns and teams to measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytics and reporting experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Proven ownership of CRM lifecycle campaigns, new customer acquisition campaigns, and end-to-end campaign creation and execution.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or an equivalent platform is required.
  • Experience with Hatch or an equivalent platform is required.
  • Experience with Marketing Pro or an equivalent platform is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment background and drug screenings, as well as a motor vehicle record check.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation of $110,000 to $150,000 USD.
  • Additional opportunity for an annual bonus incentive.
  • Remote work with occasional travel.
  • Potential commissioned compensation opportunities, subject to terms and not guaranteed.
