Description

  • Drive registration-to-purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding journeys across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and manage renewal and pre-cancel intervention flows for 1-, 3-, and 6-month plans.
  • Build the reactivation engine for cancelled users using email and SMS personalized by cancel reason and tenure.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or Customer.io.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a production channel, including US compliance requirements such as TCPA and A2P 10DLC.
  • Launch and orchestrate web push and cross-channel lifecycle flows across email, SMS, and push.
  • Implement holdout-based measurement to attribute incremental revenue across all lifecycle flows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years operating CVM or lifecycle programs in the US market for a US B2C subscription business.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, including at least one role owning the function end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform; Maestra is strongly preferred, with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo also relevant.
  • Direct experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Direct experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • Subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
  • Bias toward action and the ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain, if available.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming, if available.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience, if available.
  • English and Russian communication skills, if available.
