Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and manage differentiated renewal flows by subscription plan tier.
  • Build pre-cancel intervention flows using cancel reason data to reduce churn and improve rebill rates.
  • Develop and run reactivation campaigns for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform and help define the final platform choice.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS and web push as production lifecycle channels, including compliant US messaging setup.
  • Implement incremental measurement and holdout testing for every lifecycle flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years operating CVM or lifecycle programs in the US market for US B2C subscriptions.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, including at least one role owning the function end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS marketing in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its lift.
  • Strong SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • Subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of driving measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated with holdouts.
  • Bias toward action and ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain, preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming, preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience, preferred.
  • Ability to speak both English and Russian, preferred.
