Description

  • Drive conversion from registration to purchase through triggered email, SMS, and web push sequences.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and manage renewal flows differentiated by 1-, 3-, and 6-month plan tiers.
  • Build pre-cancel intervention journeys using pause offers, plan switches, and value reminders based on cancel reasons.
  • Develop and optimize reactivation campaigns for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or Customer.io.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Launch and manage SMS as a compliant marketing channel in the US, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle flows with measurable incremental revenue tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle program experience on the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years of total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, including ownership of the function end to end.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Proven experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to build segments and validate data independently.
  • Strong subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally using holdout testing.
  • Ability to move quickly and ship in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain, preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals, preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience, preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Russian, preferred.
