Description

Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns for a variety of company initiatives.
Collaborate with product marketing, brand marketing, sales, copyediting, localization, and design teams to tailor campaigns to different audience segments.
Support high-priority business initiatives, including AI tool marketing.
Analyze email performance metrics and user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
A/B test email content, subject lines, and calls to action to increase open rates, click rates, and conversions.
Stay current on email marketing trends and best practices to improve strategy.
Work with marketing automation tools to scale campaigns across multiple languages and regions.

Requirements

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
At least 4 years of experience in email marketing.
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing directions is preferred.
Experience in software or technology marketing.
Ability to learn quickly and navigate large volumes of information.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed team.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar is preferred.
General understanding of HTML or CSS is preferred.
Familiarity with GDPR and other email marketing regulations is preferred.
