Description

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns for a variety of company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand marketing, sales, copyediting, localization, and design teams to tailor campaigns to different audience segments.
  • Support high-priority business initiatives, including AI tool marketing.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B test email content, subject lines, and calls to action to increase open rates, click rates, and conversions.
  • Stay current on email marketing trends and best practices to improve strategy.
  • Work with marketing automation tools to scale campaigns across multiple languages and regions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 4 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing directions is preferred.
  • Experience in software or technology marketing.
  • Ability to learn quickly and navigate large volumes of information.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed team.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar is preferred.
  • General understanding of HTML or CSS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other email marketing regulations is preferred.
