Description

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to Traxxall users to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor assigned customer aircraft maintenance schedules and ensure data is accurately entered into Traxxall.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and proactively address maintenance, compliance, and data integrity issues.
  • Use system-generated reports to identify risks in maintenance schedules and support regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including maintenance, engineering, and product development to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within customer accounts to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Gather and escalate customer feedback to management to support product and service improvements.
  • Update records and logs to strengthen the integrity of customer maintenance programs.
  • Contribute best practices and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related role.
  • Previous experience in a CAMO role.
  • Experience in maintenance planning.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
