Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to expand account value.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities among mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Build and execute an effective pipeline strategy to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide timely, detailed feedback to management, product, and engineering teams to improve the platform and offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to create materials that improve conversion rates.
  • Work with Country and Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.
  • Deliver a value-driven client experience for business owners and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
  • An existing transferable B2B network, preferably with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Demonstrated ability to present professionally and communicate at all levels of an organization, especially with CFOs, partners, and business owners.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-impact deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Proactiveness, independence, and a strong results-focused mindset.
  • Keen interest in building a career in a high-performing sales team and willingness to put in the work required to succeed.
