Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with oncologists and other members of the cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff to support consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Work independently in the field while managing priorities and territory coverage.
  • Focus on closing business with urgency and consistent follow-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with history of exceeding or achieving goals over multiple quarters or years.
  • Recognition such as President's Club, Chairman's Club, or Rookie of the Year is a plus.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to target accounts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment with a self-motivated, independent, results-oriented approach.
  • Candidates with PA, NP, or RN backgrounds and experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests will also be considered.

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year, based on level and experience.
