Description

  • Define the global partnerships vision, framework, goals, and KPIs for North America, Latin America, and EMEA.
  • Design, scale, and operationalize repeatable partner playbooks and incentives for broker and channel programs.
  • Strengthen and optimize existing broker-driven channels in high-growth markets and create scalable replication playbooks.
  • Source, negotiate, structure, onboard, activate, and manage partner deals across the full partnership lifecycle.
  • Build and diversify strategic partnerships across technology integrations, embedded finance, accounting and advisory networks, banks, travel partners, VC/PE ecosystems, and referral channels.
  • Operate as both strategic architect and hands-on dealmaker to build a world-class partner portfolio and drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to maximize partner impact and ensure smooth execution.
  • Establish and globalize best practices, metrics, processes, and playbooks to scale partnerships across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions.
  • International experience required with deep exposure to North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA; familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional deal-making, negotiation, and execution skills with a record of closing high-impact partnerships.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred; additional languages advantageous.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution and to act as a builder.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing international teams.
  • Experience working across partnership categories such as broker channels, embedded finance, technology integrations, accounting/advisory networks, banks, and venture ecosystems.
