Description

  • Define and scale Jeeves’ global partnerships strategy across North America, Latin America, and EMEA.
  • Strengthen and expand existing broker and channel partnerships in high-growth markets such as Brazil and Mexico.
  • Build new partnership categories, including technology integrations, embedded finance, advisory networks, accounting firms, banks, and venture ecosystems.
  • Lead the full partner lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, deal structuring, onboarding, activation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to maximize partner impact.
  • Create scalable metrics, incentives, processes, and playbooks to support partnership growth across regions.
  • Serve as the internal champion for partner-led innovation and channel expansion.
  • Maintain a global perspective while executing locally across diverse partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services.
  • International experience required, with deep exposure to North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions.
  • Strong deal-making, negotiation, and execution skills with a history of closing high-impact partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate diverse partner ecosystems across different geographies.
  • Familiarity with Brazil and Latin American markets is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
  • Spanish is strongly preferred; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to balance global strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing international teams.
