Description

  • Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERP and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Map and synchronize customer data models, including accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
  • Debug integration issues end to end, from API logs through month-end reconciliation.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate customer implementations.
  • Configure multi-entity and multi-currency finance setups with customer teams.
  • Design stablecoin settlement flows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, and other payment rails.
  • Support country-specific e-invoicing and tax requirements, including CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN.
  • Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live, adoption, and expansion.
  • Lead technical workshops, implementation planning, risk management, and customer escalations.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and partner with Sales on technical discovery and solution design.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including 2+ years in customer-facing technical work.
  • Production coding experience in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, including REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines.
  • Experience owning customer projects through go-live while managing timelines and stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, card issuing, payment rails, or cross-border money movement preferred.
  • Experience integrating ERP, accounting, or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero preferred.
  • Understanding of AP, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting preferred.
  • Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, LatAm e-invoicing, startup implementation roles, or internal tooling preferred.
