Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and cross-sell or upsell existing customers through consultative selling.
  • Own the full sales cycle for Jeeves InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, pilots, implementation, and expansion.
  • Target and close mid-market and enterprise accounts across assigned regions and verticals such as exporters/importers, e-commerce, IT/outsourcing, logistics, SaaS, and multinationals.
  • Sell to CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and other senior finance stakeholders by presenting FX economics, settlement improvements, and operational value.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through territory planning, account strategy, and accurate forecasting to hit quota.
  • Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and custody or stablecoin partners.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing structured feedback with Product and Engineering to improve features and integrations.
  • Work with Partnerships and Legal to manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Develop go-to-market plays such as pricing, packaging, and vertical motions, and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and case studies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Prior quota-bearing Account Executive experience is preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain, or crypto infrastructure, or deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, and counterparty risk.
  • Practical experience with KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments or treasury products.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
  • Ability to build financial models, present ROI, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Existing B2B network in verticals such as exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity startup environment and using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
