Description

  • Create meaningful customer interactions across email, phone, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed customer service KPIs, including CSAT, AHT, and FRT.
  • Help customers resolve order issues, product questions, and account needs, including escalated cases.
  • Manage multiple support channels while keeping responses quick, clear, and consistent.
  • Follow customer experience best practices that balance efficiency with a customer-first mindset.
  • Share customer feedback and recurring issues with supervisors and cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with peers in a remote-first environment through calls, standups, and async communication.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting customers via email, phone, or chat.
  • Strong communication skills that are friendly, clear, warm, and professional.
  • Empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo for customer benefit.
  • Collaborative mindset, especially in a remote-first team.
  • Familiarity with Kustomer, Magento/Adobe Commerce, or NetSuite is a plus.
  • Must be located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Availability for full-time Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts within the 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET coverage window.
  • Occasional weekend or holiday availability during peak seasons may be required.
