Description

  • Provide expert-level customer support in fluent German for consumer electronics end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues through step-by-step troubleshooting.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with timely and empathetic responses.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionality, warranties, and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions, technical cases, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex technical or product-related cases to senior support tiers when needed.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, firmware updates, and industry developments.
  • Contribute to team performance goals, including customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and response times.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language proficiency, spoken and written, is essential.
  • Valid EU passport or right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
  • A genuine passion for consumer electronics and technology products.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical assistance, or another service-oriented role is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or technology sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • A reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection for fully remote work based within Greece.
  • Good command of English for internal communication and training purposes.
