Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to complete daily work.
  • Investigate, research, and provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Respond to collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies.
  • Meet performance targets for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Start date of July 27, 2026.
  • Dedicated home workspace is required; equipment details will be shared during the interview process.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, 40 hours per week, in a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday and Saturday after training.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy toward customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience with billing, collections, retention, or customer support is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a phone-based support role from a remote home office.
