Description

  • Define and develop customer use cases across key segments and verticals.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer outcomes and compelling narratives.
  • Own case studies, customer stories, testimonials, and other proof-driven assets.
  • Develop vertical-specific and industry-specific content for priority markets.
  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs across marketing, sales, and external visibility efforts.
  • Create product and customer content such as use-case playbooks, vertical guides, blog posts, and sales-supporting assets.
  • Support lifecycle marketing content for onboarding, nurture, expansion, and adoption programs.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging across customer touchpoints.
  • Track content performance across the funnel, including engagement, pipeline influence, and customer value communication.
  • Continuously improve storytelling, positioning, and content effectiveness based on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS or a similar category.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven experience developing case studies, customer stories, and use-case-driven content.
  • Experience creating vertical, use-case, and proof-driven content for sales and marketing.
  • Experience building content that supports both pipeline generation and customer value communication.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong bias toward AI-assisted workflows, with curiosity and hands-on exploration of AI tools.
  • Experience in adtech, martech, media, or CTV is preferred.
  • Experience supporting video-first content workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience in a lean, high-growth team where people build as they go is preferred.
