Description

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold outreach, email, networking, referrals, and industry monitoring.
  • Assess client advertising goals and challenges and recommend tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on OTT/CTV trends, technologies, and best practices and provide consultative guidance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to the regional sales lead.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand the network.
  • Travel within the assigned region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or the media industry.
  • Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in the home market and/or assigned region.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Ability to manage an independent schedule and priorities in a self-motivated way.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to make decisions that support long-term success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
